Refund & Exchange Policy
🍭 At Case Candy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we're here to help.
‼️‼️NO RETURNS‼️‼️
Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size chosen by customer
- Normal wear & tear
- Minor imperfections over time
‼️ALL SALES ARE FINAL‼️
🍭 Exchanges
We only accept exchanges if your item arrives damaged DURING shipping.
To be eligible for an exchange:
- You must contact Case Candy within 48 hours of delivery.
You must provide:
- Clear photos/videos of the damage
- Photos of the original packaging
The damage must affect the case function NOT cosmetic preferences.
Once approved, we will:
- Replace the item
OR
- Issue a full refund
